Cat Meat update
Ian Olney's alt-country band, Cat Meat, are in the midst of recording a second album, which is due for release in spring 2014. You can still download their debut album for free from the Cat Meat website. On it, Ian plays a variety of instruments as well as guitar. The band play shows regularly, and have one at the Union Chapel in Islington, London on 3rd February.
Craig Walker's latest project, Mineral, have been receiving great reviews for their debut album, Plastic Ekphrastic. Part of the initial roster of artists on Alan McGee's new label, 359 Music, the album was released at the end of October. Order the CD from Amazon, or download from iTunes.

Mineral to release album
Craig Walker's electronic band, Mineral, are set to release their debut album, Plastic Ekphrastic on 28 October. It will be preceeded by the single, Serial Monkey, and will feature a version of Power Of Dreams' 2010 song, 1989 (See/hear the Mineral version on YouTube). The album will be one of the first albums to be released on Alan McGee and Cherry Red's new label, 359 Music.
